Independent owner in Southeast Kansas has a Skilled Nursing Home for Sale and an RCF for sale. Would sell together. Land attached to grow and create home plus, independent living, lots of space to grow with in our elderly communities in Bourbon County and Linn Co Area. If the homes were purchased separately, would need two buyers. Our Fort Scott home has a capacity of 45 beds, could be increased to 50 bed facility. The RCF is currently full and usually has a waiting list. We are well known in our community for providing professional care. If you are interested please send email to or call me at 913-285-0151.
