KACE's Resource Nurse offers survey-related services for our members! Melissa can help you review and prepare: Informal Dispute Resolution (IDR) Review, Immediate Jeopardy Removal (abatement) plan reviews, Past Noncompliance/Self-Reported Investigations, Plan of Correction (POC) Reviews, and Resident Focused Reviews.

Melissa also offers mock surveys and CPR classes.
