Onsite Assisted Living or Home Plus Mock Survey

The Onsite Assisted Living or Home Plus Mock Survey includes 1 day onsite. This service will help the facility identify areas of concern and help prepare for survey. Melissa will tailor the review areas based on concerns identified and each facility's preferences. This service may include review of pressure ulcers, falls, etc., or other areas of concern as requested by the facility. Upon completion of the mock survey, feedback of system reviews and potential tags along with suggestions for improvement and corrective actions will be provided. This service is $899.00 plus travel expenses for members, and $1,299.00 plus travel expenses for non-members. If an additional day is needed/requested onsite, there will be an additional charge of $250.00 plus travel expenses.
