Conference Sessions: 8:00 A.M. – 5:00 p.m. on Thursday, January 15

Networking Opportunties 

• Reception on Wednesday, January 14
• Vendor Show and Attendee & Vendor Luncheon on Thursday, January 15
• • Lunch provided for 2 

Vendor Setup: 

• Vendors are welcome to set up on the morning of Wednesday, January 14 and be present for both days of the conference. 
• Vendors can also set up on Thursday, January 15 prior to the vendor show (Time - TBD - midday before lunch).
• Vendor booths are located in the open forum and hallway outside of the conference education room.  
• Spaces are limited. 

Registration Details

• Vendor booths included a 6-foot tabletop and two chairs.
• Conference Reception on the evening of Wednesday, January 14.
• Vendor Show on Thursday, January 15.
• Attendee & Vendor Luncheon for 2 following the vendor show on January 15.
• All vendor booths are in the forum and the hallway outside of the conference education room providing excellent opportunities to network with attendees across both conference days.
