February 24 & 25 

Conference Schedule for Tuesday, February 24 and Wednesday, February 25

Conference Sessions: 1:00 P.M. – 5:00 p.m. on Tuesday, February 24

Conference Sessions: 8:00 A.M. – 5:00 p.m. on Wednesday, February 25

Networking Opportunties 

• Reception on Tuesday, February 24
• Vendor Show and Attendee & Vendor Luncheon on Wednesday, February 25 
• • Lunch provided for 2

Vendor Setup: 

• Vendors are welcome to set up on the morning of Tuesday, February 24 and be present for both days of the conference. 
• Vendors can also set up on Wednesday, February 25 prior to the vendor show (Time - TBD - midday before lunch).
• Vendor booths are in the open forum and hallway outside of the conference education room.  

Registration Details

• Vendor booths included a 6-foot tabletop and two chairs.
• Conference Reception on the evening of Tuesday, February 24.
• Vendor Show on Wednesday, February 25.
• Attendee and Vendor Luncheon for 2 following the vendor show on February 25.
• All vendor booths are in the forum and the hallway outside of the conference education room providing excellent opportunities to network with attendees across both conference days.
