Reception Fun and Vendor Show Decorations and Prizes 

The reception and vendor show will have booth decorating and dress attire options that will be rewarded with prizes. More details coming soon!  

Booth Information

• The cost of a booth is $949 for an 8-foot booth.
• One vendor company per booth.
• One skirted booth with divider.
• Company sign on booth. 

Event Details

• August 19 Vendor Show 
• • 1:00 - 3:00 PM
• August 20 Optional Vendor show 
• • 11:15 - 12:15 PM. 
• Move in - August 18 after 5:00 PM.
• Move out - August 19th or 20th. 

Trade Show Benefits 

• Access to facility Administrators, Executive Directors, and decision makers.
• Attendee distribution contact lists. 
• Quality vendor time with no other convention activities scheduled.
• Vendor & Attendee Social Reception on the evening of Wednesday, August 19th. 
• Two tickets for the August 19th vendor & attendee luncheon.
• Sponsors receive signage displayed on booths and at sponsored activities. 

Electricity is Available

You will need heavy-duty extension cords, and/or power strips to ensure availability at point desired. (If you need more than 15 amps/110 volts, please contact KACE.)

Cancellation Policy:

• 85 percent refund prior to two weeks before convention. No refund after that time.

Deadline for Booth Space Registration is August 7, 2026

Registrations after July 31 cannot guarantee will appear in the printed materials.

The Wichita Marriott is a beautiful facility, which is very well suited to the needs of our Convention attendees and vendors.

Reservations

KACE room rate is $139.00 + tax. You must tell them you are with the KACE Convention to get the special rate. Cutoff date for the special rate is August 3rd, 2026. After this date, the special rates will depend on hotel room availability. You can contact them at (316) 651-0333 or (800) 228-9290.
