Apply a practical framework for evaluating and integrating AI tools into a facility's Quality Improvement processes, with attention to data accuracy, resident privacy, and appropriate human oversight.

Description: KDADS will implement ePOC for all provider types by the end of 2026- are you ready? Take the mystery out of IQIES and ePOC and learn how to use these essential survey tools with confidence. This session will provide a practical overview of the Internet Quality Improvement and Evaluation System (IQIES) and the Electronic Plan of Correction (ePOC) process, including how to access reports, navigate key features, respond to survey findings, and submit plans of correction electronically.

Description: This session will outline the essential components of a compliant, survey-ready plan of correction, including root cause analysis, corrective action, and ongoing monitoring. Learn to draft clear, concise POC responses that directly address cited deficiencies and meet regulatory expectations. Learn to design AI-assisted staff education plans and QAPI audit/data collection tools that support sustained compliance and continuous improvement.
