Nursing homes across the nation are beginning to receive testing kits that were originally announced back in July. Kits began arriving to the first wave of nursing homes a couple of weeks ago, with second wave distributions arriving this past week. CMS has categorized the expected single-shipment deliveries by facility size:
Major outlier facilities: 900+ tests, 2 instruments
