Speakers Bios:

Ryan Leiker. Mr. Leiker is the Executive Director of Royal Terrace Nursing and Rehab in Olathe, Kansas. Upon completion of their most recent annual survey in 2015 this facility received a zero deficiency outcome, resulting in recertification by CMS. Mr. Leiker will share the survey preparation insights and best practices that were developed and successfully implemented during the ongoing survey process.

Audrey Sunderraj: Ms. Sunderraj is the Nursing Facility Survey and Certification Director in the KDADS Survey, Certification and Credentialing Commission. She supervises the regional managers in all 5 regions across the state and provides information to the public and providers on regulations and the survey process.

Continuing Education: This course has been approved for 3.0 continuing education hours in the core area of Administration for Licensed Adult Care Home Administrators and Registered Operators by the Kansas Department for Aging and Disability Services. Health Occupations and Credentialing approved provider number (LTS A1427).
