Dear Valued Vendor:

We are very excited to welcome back our vendor partners and our adult care executive colleagues to our first in-person event since the pandemic began and would like to extend an invitation to you and your company/organization to be part of our 49th Annual Convention. KACE values our vendors. We know it is the Vendors who help make our convention a great success. We could not do it without you. Thank you, in advance, for being a part of our 49th Annual Convention. KACE is encouraging Convention Sponsorships this year. We hope your company/ organization will consider being a sponsor in whatever way you can. We greatly appreciate your help in this area. Sponsorships will be recognized in the program booklet and at the Convention.

KACE believes in full transparency, and we want our associate partners to know in advance that conferees will have the option to stream the conference. We believe the majority of our conferees are ready and eager to see each other and to see you in person, but it's also important to provide our friends with options in regard to their safety and the safety of their residents. The streaming option includes a convenience fee, and we truly believe the majority of our conferees will be in Wichita with us.

Booth Information:

Fees

The cost of a booth is $900 for an 8-foot booth.

One vendor company per booth.

Included in the price:

• Vendor shows on Wednesday August 18 & Thursday August 19 (move in on August 17 or 18 - move out on August 19)
• Quality vendor time with no other convention activities scheduled
• Vendor & Attendee Social Reception on the evening of Wednesday, August 18th 
• Two tickets for the August 18 vendor & attendee luncheon
• One skirted booth with divider
• Company sign with booth number

Electricity is available

You will need heavy-duty extension cords, and/or power strips to ensure availability at point desired. (If you need more than 15 amps/110 volts, please contact KACE.)

Cancellation Policy

• 85 percent refund prior to two weeks before convention. No refund after that time.

Deadline for Booth Space Registration is August 4, 2021

Hotel Information:

The Wichita Marriott is a beautiful facility, which is very well suited to the needs of our Convention attendees and vendors.

Reservations:

KACE room rate is $123.00 + tax. You must tell them you are with the KACE Convention to get the special rate.
