Dear Valued Vendor:

We are very excited to welcome back our vendor partners and our adult care executive colleagues to another in-person convention and would like to extend an invitation to you and your company/organization to be part of our 50th Annual Convention. KACE values our vendors. We know it is the Vendors who help make our convention a great success. We could not do it without you. Thank you, in advance, for being a part of our 50th Annual Convention. KACE is encouraging Convention Sponsorships this year. We hope your company/ organization will consider being a sponsor in whatever way you can. We greatly appreciate your help in this area. Sponsorships will be recognized in the program booklet and at the Convention.

To reach the maximum number of attendees we will host the in-person conference as well as offer a virtual option for conferees that are unable to attend in person. As was our experience last year, we expect most of our conferees are ready and eager to see each other and to speak with you in person, but the virtual option provides an opportunity for additional people to learn about your products and services.  We look forward to seeing you again in Wichita, KS at the Wichita Marriott and again would like to thank you for your support of Kansas Adult Care Executives.

Booth Information:

Fees

The cost of a booth is $949 for an 8-foot booth.

One vendor company per booth.

Included in the price:

• Vendor shows on Wednesday August 17 & Thursday August 18 (move in on August 16 or 17 - move out on August 18
• Access to facility administrators and decision makers
• Attendee distribution contact lists 
• Quality vendor time with no other convention activities scheduled
• Vendor & Attendee Social Reception on the evening of Wednesday, August 17th  
• Two tickets for the August 17 vendor & attendee luncheon
• One skirted booth with divider
• Company sign with booth number

Electricity is available

You will need heavy-duty extension cords, and/or power strips to ensure availability at point desired. (If you need more than 15 amps/110 volts, please contact KACE.)

Cancellation Policy

• 85 percent refund prior to two weeks before convention. No refund after that time.

Deadline for Booth Space Registration is July 29, 2022

Hotel Information:

The Wichita Marriott is a beautiful facility, which is very well suited to the needs of our Convention attendees and vendors.

Reservations:

KACE room rate is $125.00 + tax. You must tell them you are with the KACE Convention to get the special rate.
