Dear Valued Vendor:

 

We are very excited to welcome back our vendor partners to be part of the KACE 52nd Annual Convention. Each year the annual KACE Convention is attended by nearly 200 adult care executives. KACE Convention attendees are decision makers who order goods and services from the best associate business partners working in long-term care. As a KACE Convention Vendor you will have access to the conference attendees for 2 vendor show days, a luncheon with the attendees, and a reception with the attendees. All vending locations are in close proximity to all conference education. 

KACE Vendors make the Convention a great success, and KACE is thankful for your support of professionals working in aging services. Looking for additional ways to support the attendees? There are several sponsorship categories that provide additional visibility during the conference.

Booth Information:

Fees

The cost of a booth is $949 for an 8-foot booth.

One vendor company per booth.

Booth Details

• Vendor shows on Wednesday, August 21 & Thursday, August 22 
• • Move in on August 20 - move out on August 22
• Access to facility administrators and decision makers
• Attendee distribution contact lists 
• Quality vendor time with no other convention activities scheduled
• Vendor & Attendee Social Reception on the evening of Wednesday, August 21st  
• Two tickets for the August 21st vendor & attendee luncheon
• One skirted booth with divider
• Company sign with booth number
• Sponsor signage on booths 

Electricity is Available:

You will need heavy-duty extension cords, and/or power strips to ensure availability at point desired. (If you need more than 15 amps/110 volts, please contact KACE.)

Cancellation Policy:

• 85 percent refund prior to two weeks before convention. No refund after that time.

Deadline for Booth Space Registration is August 9, 2024

Any registrations after this date cannot guarantee space in the printed materials 

Hotel Information:

The Wichita Marriott is a beautiful facility, which is very well suited to the needs of our Convention attendees and vendors.

Reservations:

KACE room rate is $131.00 + tax. You must tell them you are with the KACE Convention to get the special rate. Cutoff date for the special rate is July 29, 2024. After this date, the special rates will depend on hotel room availability. You can contact them at (316) 651-0333 or (800) 228-9290.

Annual Golf Tournament Information Tuesday, August 20, 2022 Golf Tournament Registration Coming Soon  8001 E. Mulberry Dr.  Wichita, KS 67226 316-636-4653 Registration & Lunch at 11:00; Shot Gun Start at 12:00 noon Fee is $125.00 per golfer, which includes a golden mulligan and entry into additional tournament competitions.
